The Church has changed the location of East Coast Family Convention 2009 to be held at the Marriott Hotel, 180 Hawley Lane, Trumbull, CT, 06611, (203) 378-1400.

This was done due to major breaching of the contract by the Danbury Plaza Hotel.

The Church apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause you.

It came to our attention that 7 families reserved directly with the hotel in order to avoid other expenses such as conference room and kitchen rental, audio and visual rental, computer access, attendees and VIP gifts, etc.

Please note that any reservations made directly to the hotel will not be accepted. All reservations to the convention must be made through the Church.

قد تم تغيير مكان مؤتمر العائلات 2009 الى فندق ماريوت Marriott Hotel, 180 Hawley Lane, Trumbull, CT, 06611, (203) 378-1400.

لقد تم هذا التغيير بسبب مخالفة فندق دانبري بلاذا لبعض بنود العقد مع الكنيسة.

الكنيسة تعتذر لحضراتكم عن هذا التغيير.

لقد ورد الى علمنا أن سبع عائلات قد قاموا بحجز المؤتمر عن طريق الفندق مباشرة دون علمنا، لكي ما يتجنبوا الأشتراك في تكاليف أخرى للمؤتمر مثل تأجير قاعات المحاضرات و المطبخ وتأجير وسائل السمعيات والبصريات و الكمبيوتر وهدايا المدعوين و ضيوف المؤتمر .. الخ.

ولذلك أي حجوزات تمت مع الهوتيل مباشرة سوف لا تقبل، لأن أي حجز للمؤتمر لابد أن يتم من خلال الكنيسة.
